From amazing pastoral cities, delicious food, language like music to your hears and so many museums, arts, views and places to visit, Italy will be a state in Europe that will not let you down! In this blog I will do a list of my favorite places to visit.
Pisa
A city in central Italy in the Tuscany region that is most famous for its "Square of Miracles". When I arrived to the city's square, I was surprised after walking for so long in the heat of the city to find myself in this white magical square, am I still in Pisa? Felt like in a dream! The white leaning tower was more marvelous than I imagined and the Pisa Baptistery was also incredible but the square was dominated by the breathtaking magnificent Cathedral.
Florence
The capital and most populated city of the Tuscany region. The Historic Center of Florence was declared as a World Heritage Site and attracts millions of tourists each year. Here you will find many beautiful squares and streets but you will not miss the enormous Santa Maria del Fiore cathedral. This amazing cathedral stands tall over the city with it's magnificent Renaissance dome.

Florence also plays an important role in Italian fashion and is ranked in the top 15 fashion
capitals of the world. Another special thing about Florence is the Galleria dell' Accademia which is an art museum that is best known for being the home of Michelangelo's David sculpture.

Rome
This absolutely mesmerizing city full of ancient historical buildings will surprise you on each and every street or ally with more and more breathtaking roman architecture, buildings and hidden gems waiting to be discovered by you. I have so much to elaborate on this amazing city and you will be able to read it on my next full blog about Rome.

Sirmione
One of the most popular spots to visit on Lake Garda. It's beautiful castle and Roman ruins on the lake view attracts many tourists and even attracted me to come back twice! You can either enjoy the beauty of Sirmione from the outside with a nice boat ride or from the inside while enjoying one of the city's amazing ice creams and walking in the old mesmerizing alleys.

Verona
Verona is located in the north of Italy and most known as the home of William Shakespeare's ultimate romantic tragedy: "Romeo and Juliet" and their famous terrace is probably the main attraction of this beautiful city. You will enjoy from the city's ancient buildings, old streets and will get a great look of the city from St Petro castle but more than anything you will enjoy from the infectious romantic atmosphere that this city will have on you!

Burano

Just an half an hour on a boat from Venice you will find this magical island that every street or even house in it will literally look different. In this colorful place every house will be in a different color and the many houses and flowers will make you feel like you are somewhere over the rainbow!
Venice
It's no secret that this city just makes you feel like you're inside a painting, the water in everywhere you look and in between all the old allies will just make you feel like your dreaming. Looking at the sunsets over the water, taking an evening walk between the beautiful streets and enjoying the peaceful sights of the lovers on the gondolas cruising in the water, all of this and more will make sure you will fall in love with this place.

Limone
Lies in the northern end of Lake Garda on a rocky cliff. Another popular city that looks like it was taken straight out from a postcard. In Limone you will enjoy the many ancient small alleys full of restaurants and lemon product to offer you. I highly recommend on taking a boat to Limone in the afternoon and enjoy the sail in the nice evening weather full of beautiful views of the cities around Lake Garda. Also you may spend the afternoon on a nice restaurant beside the magical view and a nice walk near the lake in this dreamy place.
Lake Tenno
With it's unbelievable turquoise water, alpine view that reflects on the clear lake and Small Island that look like it was taken out of a postcard; Tenno Lake is absolutely a little piece of heaven. You can have a small picnic by this amazing lake side, have a small dip in the lake or just enjoy the breathtaking nature. No matter what you will decide to do here you will have a good magical time and you must pay it a visit.

Borghetto
A small village near the Mincio river and it is one of those places that seem unreal- like a fairy tale. With only 160 people and a few houses, this tiny village looks like it was made especially for pictures; Old watermills, medieval bridge and a castle appearing among the trees on the hill

Amusement parks and extra activities
Grada-land: This not very known amusement park will actually surprise you! The rides, the parks settings and many activities will provide you a fun day especially if you are traveling with family/kids or just an amusement parks lover.

Movie land, water park and knight dinner in a castle: The water park Caneva Aquapark and Movie land amusement park are actually in one place near Garda-land and you can dedicate them a day or two (I preferred only one). you may spend the morning before the sunny hours in the Movie Land park and then escape from the sun and heat in the many different and amazing pools at the water park. I recommend ending the day at the medieval restaurant and show that takes place in front of the water park. Here you will eat chicken and drink beer like knights in the medieval age and enjoy a great knights show on horses.

Even if you visit Italy in a one long trip or if you visit it in a few different trips every time in a different area I can honestly say that Italy is a romantic place for lovers, amazing for families and will never stop surprising you with many activities, pastoral cities, beautiful nature but mostly delicious food!
